Talent Management System ("TMS")

Pre-Qualification – Because ECC team members have a combined experience of more than 50 years, we understand our clients’ needs and are able to present qualified, quality candidates the first time, allowing you to start your project on time to meet deadlines. Background Checks – ECC performs background checks upon request using ADP Screening and Selection Services. This service provides instant Social Security validations and felony / misdemeanor criminal history reports, and utilizes a national CrimeLink database search to decrease hiring risks.

Degree/Professional License Verification – ECC can confirm college degrees and professional licenses via Degreechk. com and National Student Clearinghouse, the nation’s most trusted source for academic verification.

Reference Checks – ECC’s team members personally check references on our candidates, covering areas such as skills, personality, work habits, best qualities, and areas for improvement. These checks are done with previous superiors and co-workers.
